    1. Slot Theory
      1. General discussion about how decks can only have so many slots
      2. If your deck was 39 land and the rest Opt, it would be very bad
      3. Modal cards are awesome, because they essentially “increase” the number of slots in your deck
      4. Lands with spell-type effects, such as Academy Ruins, also basically increase the number of slots in your deck
      5. If you set up a “Slot Table” for your deck, you can make sure that you have enough of the types of effects that you want in your deck

      2. I came up with the Slot Table for this deck, before I selected any cards to go in it. I have no idea if the numbers I have picked for each slot are correct, but I’ll refine that after playing with the deck more
